A Life Of “The Boy Who Lived”

Author’s Note: In this five paragraph essay you will learn about a boy who goes from being freak to the most famous person alive in the wizarding world of magic. Harry Potter goes through many life changing events that will for the good and the bad.

Harry Potter’s life is as normal as a snowstorm in the Bahamas. He’s a wizard who goes to this school for wizards or witches that’s called “Hogwarts witchcraft and wizardry”, and he’s been attending school for the last seven years. There were many events during the seven years at Hogwarts that has changed him. Harry is a dynamic character because he was weak, afraid, and alone, but during the last seven years he became stronger, happier, and he never felt alone anymore knowing that he has friends and a true family waiting for him over summer break.    

At first, Harry was a weak boy who was bullied by his cousin Dudley since he was a baby. He was never happy living with his aunt and uncle. When there special events he was always left out. Harry had no friends and always felt lonely. His aunt and uncle always treat him like trash. He’s always getting hand-me-downs.

Harry potter was always treated like a freak, but he started to ignore and get stronger with time. He knew that there had to be others that where “special” like him and that they were probably treated like him. That thought probably told him to be strong so he could defend others like him, because eventually he got stronger and braver.

During the last seven years at Hogwarts Harry grew happier. He made a lot of friends and found new family. Harry was never lonely anymore at his aunt and uncle. He’s grown stronger and braver with his friends at his side. His effect on others while he was changing was very significant. He helps others be braver than before. Everyone that has ever been in contact with Harry has grown either negatively or positively.  They’ve grown stronger, happier, or angrier.

Harry Potter is somewhat similar to Stan from the novel Holes. They both are static characters. Both of them have changed during the book and both have changed the people around them. In conclusion Harry Potter is a static character, and he and others have change through the series Harry Potter.
